Skiing holidays in France – L'Espace Killy
Val d'Isere is probably the most famous ski resort in France and offers a wide range of activities inside and outside tracks.
There are three ski areas in Val d'Isère: Le Fornet, The Solais and Bell Varde. Beginners can practice fields at the school Solais or try to walk on the lawn Bell Varde, while skiers can try safer blue runs in both areas. Tignes tend to be quieter than Val d'Isère, but runs at all levels of experience in packaging and offers a wide range of other activities, including ice climbing, dog sled, snowmobile expeditions and tours by helicopter. There are also a number of shops, restaurants and nightclubs where you can relax after a day on the slopes.
